GDPR – Rights of access

Recital 63 of the GDPR states:

“A data subject should have the right of access to personal data which have been collected concerning him or her, and to exercise that right easily and at reasonable intervals, in order to be aware of, and verify, the lawfulness of the processing.”

It is your right to request access to the personal data Fit Feet holds about you.
To do this, provide the name and email address you have given relating to your data in the form below and select what you would like us to do with that data from the drop down menu.

Be aware: Fit Feet uses some personal data such as name and email to help process and identify information submitted through the website. If you choose to become anonymous or be deleted, this will affect our ability to return to or add to any information held about you or your orders.

Once submitted, we will process your request and respond with the relevant information within 7 working days.
